Hi all!

First Fedex Cup event is over now and I have some time to tell you what was going on and will go on in the next few weeks. Actually last week was pretty solid again, taking out another accursed saturdays third round. I was in a very good position after two days and my plan was to make up even more ground during the weekend. As the points are quintupled for the playoffs,Fedex cup system gives you a good chance to pass a lot of players especially in the first playoff. Obviously, after that start to my third round my plan didn´t work out that well! To be honest with you, I have had some luck during the last weeks, especially after holing an eight iron at the PGA Championship and a few pitch or chip ins here and there. Exactly the opposite happened on the first holes on Saturday: my teeshot on 1 hit a sprinkler and bounced into the water, I had a very unusual buried lie in a bunker on 2, on 5 I probably hit the longest 9 iron of my life due to a flyer from the first cut which forced me to take a penalty drop right underneath a tree in a waste area, from where my ball hit the planks of another water hazard and bounced back into the water. But that is what happens sometimes, I wasn´t thinking about it too much. All I wanted to do on sunday was securing my playing rights for next week which worked out fine and I´m really looking forward to the next tournaments. I have a very good feeling about my game right now and I hope it won´t take too long to the next top result. Especially those weeks, majors, WGC´s or the playoffs are great fun as you compete with the best players in the world for a lot of world ranking points. We´ll see how long I can be part of this years playoffs, but I will do my very best to make the journey as long as possible. According to these facts, my schedule for the next weeks is all about how far I can go in the playoffs before playing the Dunhill Links in Scotland, another tournament with great memories!
I´m about to get ready now, won´t miss the chance to see Roger Federer and Serena Williams playing tonight at the US Open! Might be better to do something more quiet tonight after being out last night with Adam Scott, Rickie Fowler, Gary Woodland, my caddie Craig and a few other caddies Will drive to Boston tomorrow morning and will keep you updated!

Have nice evening, I’ll keep you posted!
